Why We Started Frontier Ops

We watched AI arrive in every company at once. People pasted spreadsheets into chatbots, every team wired up its own tools, and nobody could say who saw what. The models were ready. The organization around them wasn't. So we built the layer between a company's systems and the AI its people use.

Co-Founder / CTO

Computer Engineering & MBA from Catolica-Lisbon. Pedro brings 30+ years of experience in digital strategy, software development, and enterprise advisory services. As former Executive Director of Advisory Services at EY and co-founder of StepValue, he has led large-scale digital transformations for organizations across Europe and beyond.

Pedro's strength lies in translating complex business requirements into actionable technology strategies — ensuring that every AI initiative is grounded in measurable business outcomes.

Joao Correia

Joao Correia

Co-Founder / CEO

30 years in technology, marketing, and entrepreneurship. Joao has led analytics and data infrastructure transformations for healthcare.gov, Freddie Mac, and Stanford Graduate School of Business. As the founder of SnowcatCloud, he pioneered open-source data pipeline solutions for enterprise customers.

Joao brings deep expertise in data architecture, AI infrastructure, and the modern data stack — the technical foundation that makes enterprise AI actually work in production.
