For agencies and consultancies

The project ships. The engagement doesn’t have to be.

Put the models you built for a client in the AI their whole team uses, answered from your definitions. Your brand, your domain, one workspace per client: a service that outlasts the project.

The problem every agency or consultancy knows

Great models, project revenue. Then the handoff.

What changes

More out of the work you’ve done. More from every client.

Written for data and analytics consultancies. A marketing agency gets the same thing when a client’s ad and CRM data already lands in a warehouse. Each client gets what a company gets on its own dbt project, on the same platform.

1. More value from the models you built

The models you already built, in front of the whole company.

  • A dbt project? We import it, no new modeling. Any other warehouse? We define the key numbers with you, once.
  • Sales, ops and finance ask questions in the AI they already use, and the answers come from the definitions you wrote.
  • Reports that land on schedule, live dashboards, and a heads-up when a number moves.
  • Access per team and per table, and every question on record.

2. A recurring revenue line

Keep the engagement going after the project ships.

  • Each client runs on FrontierOps as a monthly service you provide, under your name.
  • Set up once on the platform, not rebuilt for every client.
  • Every new question a client asks is a reason to talk to you, not a ticket.
  • You stay the team that owns their definitions, so you stay in the room.
White-label

White-label AI analytics for your clients. Your brand, not ours.

Your brand, on your own domain.

Your name, logo, favicon, colors and chart theme. Emails go out from your own address.

One workspace per client.

Every client gets its own organization under yours, connected to its own data, with its own rules for who sees what.

Your client relationship.

You manage every client from your account. Bill them yourself as part of your service, or have them billed directly.

How it starts

Start with one client. Then the next.

We set up the first client with you. The goal is their team using it on their own, with you as the people behind it.

  1. Step 1

    Pick one client

Start with a client whose models are live and whose team keeps asking you for reports.

  2. Step 2

    Bring the models

Connect read-only to their warehouse and import the dbt project you built, or define the key numbers with us. dbt Core is enough: all it needs is dbt parse.

  3. Step 3

Their team asks, under your brand

We set it up with you. Their people ask questions in their own AI and get answers from your definitions.

  4. Step 4

    Then the next client

Same setup, same playbook. Each client on its own data, all of them under your account.

Partner story · A multi-location dealership group

A data partner built the models. Now 30 people use them.

  1. The partner

Built the client’s data platform, their dbt project and their first automated reports.

  2. Then

FrontierOps put those models in the AI the client’s people already use.

  3. Now

People across sales, service and management ask their own questions, every day.

Questions

What agencies and consultancies ask first.

Can we run it on our own domain, under our brand?

Yes. Your domain, your name, logo, favicon and colors, your chart theme, and emails from your own address. Your clients see your brand throughout.

Do our clients need dbt?

No. If a client has a dbt project, we import it and your definitions guide every answer. If not, we connect read-only to their warehouse and define the key numbers with you. Where there is dbt, dbt Core is enough: all the import needs is dbt parse.

Who bills the client?

Your call, per client. Either you bill them as part of your service and we bill you, or they are billed directly. There is no price on this page: it depends on the number of client workspaces and seats, and we go through it on the call.

Does each client’s data stay separate?

Yes. Each client is its own organization under yours, with its own connections, its own definitions and its own rules for who sees what. Nothing is shared between clients unless you set it up.

What do we do, and what does FrontierOps do?

You own the client relationship, their definitions and each workspace; we set up the first one with you. FrontierOps is the platform underneath: the connections, the AI clients, the scheduled reports and agents, the audit log and the hosting. You are the service.

Bring one client’s models. We’ll set it up with you, under your name.
